It is better to add unrefined vegetable oil to vegetable salads. If consumed regularly (but not more than 1-2 tablespoons per day), it strengthens the walls of blood vessels, improves the condition of the skin, because it contains fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins A and E. And after cleaning it loses some useful properties. Just keep in mind that the refined product cannot be used for frying and stewing; when heated, carcinogens hazardous to health are formed in it.

Dried apricots, raisins, prunes, figs can replace expensive foreign fruits. But these foods are high in calories and high in sugar.
