Food intolerance, often confused with food allergy, is a life-making problem for many people. Then, bothersome symptoms occur, which are the result of this fight of antibodies with the allergen. This is known as food hypersensitivity.

Food intolerance – characteristics

Symptoms appear much later than in the case of allergies, because it takes several hours. They also last much longer. Unlike allergies (triggered by the immune system and antibodies), food intolerance is a digestive reaction (no antibodies). Digestive problems arise when the body lacks the enzymes it needs or when there are chemicals in the food that are harmful to it. Often food intolerance covers the entire product linewhich have some unpleasant effects. The most common symptoms include fatigue, dizziness and migraine headaches, diarrhea or diarrhea, skin eruptions, and nausea like stomach flu.

The most common type of intolerance is food intolerance to milk and lactose, as well as gluten and wheat intolerance. Contemporary food contains very large amounts of preservatives, emulsifiers, which are to extend the shelf-life of food, and which are not tolerated by an increasing number of consumers. Performing the test allows you to determine which products to avoid in our diet, which is the basis for improving our well-being.
