This is extremely important for Aquarius. The thing is that this sign is highly susceptible to stress and nervous breakdowns. Aquarius is a sign of the element of Air, which means that his food should be light. But at the same time, the element of Water also lays its imprint on the Aquarius menu. The primary food for Aquarius is associated with water – these are all the gifts of the sea, river and lake environment. You need to eat as much fish, crabs and other crustaceans, molluscs as possible. Moreover, they can be prepared in different ways, all are equally acceptable for Aquarius. 

 

It is not recommended to eat heavy food, especially of animal origin. If meat, then let it be chicken, beef. There are many vegetarians among Aquarius, with this nutritional system the sign feels the most excellent.

Often in the body of Aquarius hormones that are responsible for calcium-sodium balance do not work very reliably. Legumes, fresh milk, almonds, cheese will help to replenish the amount of calcium. But the lack of sodium can be replenished with sodium chloride. To do this, decorate your table with foods such as carrots, cabbage, spinach, asparagus, strawberries, radishes, apples, figs, seafood, grains. Aquarians should include as many citrus fruits as possible in their diet. Recommended fruits and melons: quince and melon. And in general, fresh vegetables and fruits are especially shown to Aquarius. Moreover, they should be preferably fresh, because boiled vegetables in salads lose some of their beneficial properties.

What Aquarius should not eat

The stomachs of Aquarius, as a rule, are prone to high acidity, so spicy, fatty and fried foods should be avoided. After all, if you overdo it with junk food, you can earn yourself stomach problems or exacerbate existing ones. Instead of fried food, try to eat more boiled, steamed. If such food seems bland to you, then you can add a little spiciness to the dishes with the help of mustard. 

Try to forget about foods with numerous additives and preservatives. Your stomach may not like them very much.

Also, avoid heavy alcohol and non-alcoholic sodas. They can be replaced with pleasant and healthy green tea or cocoa.
