Medicinal properties of fly agaric and contraindications

People knew about the medicinal properties of the fly agaric mushroom in ancient times and used it externally to treat diseases of the joints and back (rheumatism, arthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, sciatica), skin (ulcers, including cancerous ones, fistulas, bedsores, boils and carbuncles, dermatitis, eczema, fungal lesions of the skin and nails, etc.), varicose veins and thrombophlebitis, allergies, benign tumors (fibroids, fibromyomas, papillomas, warts, etc.).

In very small doses (drops), an alcoholic tincture of fly agaric is used in folk medicine for the treatment of pathological menopause, diseases of the endocrine glands, tuberculosis, atherosclerosis, loss of strength, chronic fatigue, vasospasm, epilepsy, convulsions, numbness and trembling of the limbs, paralysis and paresis, impotence, some diseases of the spinal cord and malignant neoplasms (contributes to the decay of a cancerous tumor). The juice of the medicinal fly agaric mushroom helps with clouding of the lens and vitreous body, with decreased vision, double vision, conjunctivitis and cataracts.

Traditional medicine from fly agaric for the treatment of diseases

For the treatment of diseases from the red fly agaric according to the recipes of traditional medicine, the following remedies are prepared.

Recipe 1. Tincture of red fly agaric for external use.

Keep fly agaric caps for 2 days in the refrigerator, then rinse quickly, dry with a towel, cut into small pieces, fill a liter jar almost to the top, pour vodka, cover tightly and leave to infuse in a dark, cool place. Shake well once a week. After 3 weeks, this tincture should be filtered, and the mushrooms should be squeezed through a dense cloth. Store in a dark bottle in the refrigerator.

Apply only externally for rubbing diseased joints (for rheumatism, arthritis, arthrosis and other diseases). Before use, the joint must first be steamed well, wiped with a towel, and then only rub the fly agaric tincture. This tincture also treats sprains, leg bones, wen, trigeminal neuralgia, and enlarged lymph nodes. Wen and lymph nodes only need to be lubricated with this tincture. Also, traditional medicine recommends the use of this fly agaric tincture for the treatment of skin diseases.

Recipe 2. Remedy for the treatment of breast cancer.

Take 2 tbsp. l. alcohol tincture of fly agaric, add the same amount of flour, mix thoroughly until a thick dough is obtained, form a cake out of it and tie it on a sore chest overnight. The course of treatment is 1 month.

Recipe 3. Homeopathic tincture.

In homeopathic practice, the following method of preparing red fly agaric tincture is used: take a three-liter jar, tightly fill it with medium-sized red fly agaric caps, close the lid tightly and bury it in the ground to a depth of about 1 m. After 40 days, dig out the jar, open it, pour the liquid formed in the jar into another jar, add the same amount of high-quality vodka, mix, seal well and store in the refrigerator.

Start taking 1 drop 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals with 0,5 cup of chaga water infusion. On the second day, take 2 drops, on the third day – 3 drops, and so bring up to 20 drops per reception. Then, also reducing by 1 drop, bring to 1 drop, then take a break for 1 week. If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Without consulting a doctor, do not take this remedy from a fly agaric according to a traditional medicine prescription, as it is very toxic and has many contraindications (liver, kidney, etc.).

Recipe 4. Fly agaric ointment for the treatment of diseases of the joints and back.

Take 50 g of dried, powdered fly agaric mushroom and internal animal fat, mix thoroughly and use externally to treat rheumatism, arthritis, arthrosis and other diseases of the joints and muscles. Before going to bed, rub the ointment into the sore spot, wrap it with a woolen scarf and leave it until the morning. Store in a ceramic or glass container in the refrigerator.

Fly agaric ointment is also used to treat breast cancer (for 1 month, tie a bandage with this ointment to a sore breast at night), as well as to treat skin cancer.
