The Food Service division of the Florette company is clearly committed to distribution to the Horeca channel with the recent incorporation to the portfolio of 1st Range products.

In search of a comprehensive offer to its end customers, the company has wanted to renew part of its catalog by incorporating references to improve customer service within a comprehensive offering strategy.

Its national director of Sales, Gaël Cecchetto explained a few days ago the company’s commitment:

We want to offer our customers the best possible service, that is why we have decided to supply first-range fresh products to make it easier for the hotelier to manage purchases of fresh vegetables, since in this way they solve all their needs through a single supplier.

 In a clear cross-selling tactic, the initiative is supported by a collaboration with local distributors throughout the national territory to guarantee the delivery of fresh local products in perfect condition and on time, since we are facing one of the products where the tense flow of service is most accentuated.

The market and the Food Service is one of the major engines of the sector that is growing above 5%, and in a clear commitment to consolidate and increase its market share, the company Florette Ibérica, returns its vision to the origin, without abandoning the niche of the fourth range that has given him so much success in recent years in retail.

Currently the Iberian parent company has vegetable production plants in Arguedas (Navarra), Milagro (Navarra), Noblejas (Toledo), Iniesta (Cuenca), Torrepacheco (Murcia) and Ingenio (Canary Islands) and its incessant activity gives it leadership in the field of lettuce production with more than 25.000 tons and tender shoots with more than 3.500 tons.

New Salads References

The novelty of the product that is part of this campaign is the presentation of a new range of salads, which allow an improvement in their conservation due to the packagin they contain and provide the consumer with savings in effort, time and money.

This is where the new freshca, brand with which it champions a project where the agile and fast consumption of many clients makes them value the finished product in the category of fresh vegetables, and presents them in three varieties to be able to take at any time or serve as a complement.

This is the Freshca salad of:

  • Curly Endive, Radicchio and Canon
  • Curly and smooth endive, Radicchio and Carrot
  • Curly Endive, Red Cabbage, Red Lollo and Spinach and Arugula shoots.

Another novelty of the ready-to-eat product is the new Artisan Cesar salad, in a 140 gr format. where the endives and sprouts coexist with the chicken and the characteristic sauce, as well as being accompanied by a disposable fork so that its consumption at any time is perfect.
