The preparation containing a blocking substance blocks peripheral type 1 (H1) histamine receptors.

Indications
Symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (as well as ocular allergic symptoms) and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
The use of the preparation in pregnant women is contraindicated.
Dosage
Adults and children after the age of 12: 10 mg (10 ml of suspension) once a day.
Children 2–12. years of age weighing more than 30 kg: 10 mg (10 ml of suspension) once a day.
Children 2–12. years of age weighing less than 30 kg: 5 mg (5 ml of suspension) once a day.
There are no data on the safety and efficacy of the preparation in children under 2 years of age and the preparation should not be used in this age group.
The starting dose should be reduced in people with severe hepatic impairment; in adults and children weighing more than 30 kg, the recommended dose is 10 mg every second day, for children weighing less than 2 kg – 30 mg every second day.
