Flexion of the biceps in the simulator technique exercises:

  1. Select the appropriate weight and adjust the seat height. Place hands on the stand and take arms. This will be your initial position.
  2. Follow the movement by bending the elbow.
  3. Pause slightly at the end point of the movement, then slowly return arms to starting position.
  4. Tip: the Weight should not touch the racks until the end of the approach, this will keep tension in the muscles.
