  1. Stomach bloating.We all get bloating from time to time, but when it’s frequent and accompanied by pain, it’s a problem. Usually the cause of this condition is an inadequate diet consisting of products with a large amount of fat, sugar, salt or dairy products. Also, rushing to eat meals can aggravate the symptoms. Other causes of flatulence include: food intolerances, lack of water in the body, stress. You should therefore drink a lot of water, preferably up to 2 liters a day, if you like it, eat more raw cut cabbage, which improves the work of the stomach. Add herbs that aid digestion, such as: basil, dill, parsley, thyme, rosemary. Try to eat meals regularly, at the same times. Don’t eat late in the evening. Chew your food thoroughly and slowly to avoid swallowing a lot of air, which also causes belching. Avoid sugar, alcohol, white flour products, caffeine and carbonated drinks. A bloated stomach is seen when the organ is distended by liquid or solid foods. Flatulence usually occurs after a full meal, rich in sugars or fats.
  2. Flatulence of the small intestine.Unfortunately, this type of bloating is not harmless. Most often, a surgeon has to intervene. Paralysis or intestinal obstruction pose a serious threat to the proper functioning of the digestive system. Children may additionally develop angina or ear infections or be a harbinger of a viral infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
  3. Bloating of the large intestine.Colon bloating is caused by bacteria that are naturally found in the intestines. When gas is produced in excess, bloating occurs and sometimes cramping occurs. Foods that cause bloating in this case include: cabbage, starchy foods and carbohydrates, as well as an excess of raw foods and fruits. fats and dairy products should be avoided. If, despite the implementation of a proper diet, bloating still occurs, you should consult a doctor.
  4. Remedies for a bloated belly.A bloated stomach after eating comes unexpectedly and can be very annoying. To prevent bloating, you can implement proven methods:
  • eat your meals slowly.
  • take small bites and chew thoroughly,
  • avoid continuous chewing of e.g. gum or other snacks between meals,
  • eat protein-rich meals and limit carbohydrates and fats,
  • reach for mild for the stomach and intestines plant preparations for flatulence (available in pharmacies without a prescription), in order to get rid of excess gas.
