Five rules for a good morning

If waking up is a real nightmare for you, and coffee in the body simply cannot be absorbed due to its excessive amount, then the morning is hardly good for you. Meanwhile, it is within your power to make it different.

Ulyana Mironova, a Nizhny Novgorod nutritionist (Butterfly Effect wellness center), believes that you just need to adhere to five simple but effective rules.

Without it, the morning is not morning, but you don’t need, barely jumping out of bed, to set yourself a bunch of impossible goals in the form of the number of squats, the run of a certain number of kilometers or the number of push-ups. Start simple: every morning, in any weather and in any mood, get out of bed 10 minutes after waking up – and do a little warm-up with smooth movements. Increase the load and the number of exercises gradually, adding new elements and exercises every three days. Leave the power loads for the second half of the day. Correct morning exercises will work better than any coffee and other stimulants.

The best movement is stretching

Morning shower should be short (no more than 10-15 minutes). This is a quick way to refresh your mind and body, wake up completely and replenish the energy that you received during the charging process.

A romantic breakfast isn’t just a meal, so it’s best to leave it over the weekend

This is the most important meal of the day and the start of your day. Eat breakfast whenever and wherever you go! In their attitude to breakfast, not only your mother and grandmother agree, but also eminent nutritionists.

Eating breakfast in bed is best done on weekends. Otherwise, there may not be enough time to exercise or run.

An emotional charge for the body is no less important than food. Something invigorating, rhythmic, but unobtrusive should become an obligatory morning musical background. Just no radio stations with their abundance of annoying advertisements and news about politics and incidents! Start your morning with one of the music services that match music to your mood.

Last in terms of priority, but by no means the least important component of a good morning. Even if it takes only 20-30 minutes to get to work or school, walk this path. So it is more useful for the figure, and for health, and for the budget.

After completing all of the above rules, you will be full of cheerfulness and optimism throughout the day.
