Five online training platforms to exercise at home or wherever you want

They say teleworking It is here to stay but we still lack data to ensure it. What does seem to have come to stay, after the experience lived by many people during confinement due to the threat of the coronavirus, is the interest in practicing exercise “at home” (at this time of year perhaps we should talk of the vacation spot). During the de-escalation months, many personal trainers, gym chains and fitness figures shared their Training routines through social networks, especially live on Instagram or YouTube, to make the lack of physical activity outdoors more bearable.

Many of these actions, most of them disinterested, bore fruit because through them they managed to reach an audience that previously did not train or go to the gym but who began to do it at home thanks to these initiatives and in terms of those who already attended the gym some realized that it was also possible to rethink their training by working in a functional way, with little material or even with alternative material (water bottles, boxes or cartons of lehce) or directly with their own weight.

Thus, in the heat of this growing need to train “anytime” and “anywhere”, some figures related to fitness (from influencers to businessmen to gym chains) accelerated their investment in technological innovation to respond to the demand for “on demand” training. These are some of the ones that have caught our attention the most, due to their personalization vocation and their potential.
