But after two or three weeks, the arrow on the scales will begin to shift towards lower indicators. And such “correct” weight loss will not regain weight, as after a diet.
Now all systems will report to the central parts of the brain about their higher quality existence. And the launched process will become more active – the weight will begin to go away faster.
Fitness classes
You need to do it every 2-3 days. Everyday classes on the debutant will have an effect like taking the necessary drugs, but in a larger amount than is necessary. The best time to exercise
You can do physical activity at any time of the day, there is no definite answer to this question. Some experts say that it is in the morning that it is necessary to “wake up” the body by exercises and jogging.
Others believe that the body after sleep should gradually “wake up”. And it is ready for loads not earlier than a few hours after waking up. This is a big plus. Everyone can choose for themselves the time convenient for training, taking into account personal preferences and daily workload.
It should be remembered that you need to go to workout two to three hours after eating. During physical activity, metabolic processes begin to work more actively in the body.
I do not want to eat, but I want to drink – this is normal. Clean water has a good effect on the entire body – you can and should drink, in small portions, several times during the lesson.
