Dancing

Very soft, flexible models are more suitable for dancing – after all, nothing should interfere with the movement of the foot. Therefore, look out for sneakers with a deflection on the sole!

My feet are great workers, so for aerobics I choose the lightest models! And all the tricks are hidden inside. For example, special air shock absorbers reduce the stress on the joints when jumping.

Running and gym

It all depends on what you love to do, although for a treadmill and trainers, the main thing is a flexible sole! The leg should remain mobile (as if you were barefoot) and at the same time be securely fixed. It is good if the sneaker has a mesh insert that allows the foot to “breathe”.

Break dance and freestyle

A fan of ultra-fashionable sports needs special shoes – the sole must be absolutely flat, and the upper part of the heel must be elastic! This is very important to make the rotation and sliding feel easy for you. Well, the design, of course, should be in the spirit of hip-hop culture.
