Is it possible to create a beautiful figure in 2 months? Participants of the Beauty Challenge / Transformation project declare – yes!
Most women believe that their main problem is being overweight. One has only to go on diets, lose weight in the gym – and the figure will become flawless. Even those who have practically no excess weight think so. However, do not forget – the ideal of the figure is not thinness as such, but a body with a harmonious relief.
Going to the gym comes down to trying to get your numbers down on the scales. This prejudice kills the whole point of the study in the bud. Fat is twice as light as muscle. If you workout to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, it makes sense that the weight will increase, not fall. The girl sees the growing weight, thinks that she is doing something wrong, panics and stops working on the body.
I have long wanted to start going to the gym, to improve my body, and then I accidentally won a free participation in the project in a competition. Joy knew no bounds! After the first training session, I realized that this is exactly what I need. A professional trainer draws up a training program, monitors the correct implementation of the exercises, and the condition of each participant. We were in a group of three! For 2 months, all my friends noticed that the figure had become fit, and did not lag behind with questions about how much I had lost weight. But in fact, only 1 kg went away! My goal was not to lose weight, I just wanted to change the figure. After training, I felt a surge of strength, I became more self-confident. I am very pleased with the results and do not want to be satisfied with what has already been achieved. I urge all readers to start playing sports, because who would not dream of having an ideal body? And this is possible, the main thing is to go towards the goal!
The program of the two-month project “Beauty Challenge / Transformation » includes 24 trainings with a trainer in the gym and 8 open air trainings (3 times a week for 1 hour).
What will the participants expect?
- Fitness testing at the beginning and end of the project.
- Fixation of the parameters “before” and “after”, control of the dynamics of results.
- Maximum study of the body relief with a bias in the correction of problem areas.
- Trainings in groups of no more than 5 people.
- The training program includes strength training, interval training, elements of Hot Iron, CrossFit.
- Unlimited use of the gym for the entire duration of the project.
- Selection of a diet, development of a sports nutrition program.
- Online consultation. Development of a nutrition program and diet by a nutritionist individually, based on the characteristics and parameters of the participant.
Participants who have scored the best results in the nominations “Maximum set of muscle mass” and “Maximum reduction in fat mass” will receive the main prize of the project – a gym membership for 3 months!

It is the fat mass (of course, within reasonable limits) on a strong muscle frame that gives the figure a soft outline and beautiful volume. The right combination of muscle and fat, rather than total body weight, gives us the ideal shape we are looking for.
For a long time I wanted to finally take care of myself (there was not enough time: a small child, everyday life). And here there was a great opportunity to combine business with pleasure – I am in a team with my girls, keep my finger on the pulse, so to speak, and work on my body! I love training in a team! The goal was not to lose much weight, but to give the body beautiful curves – yes! And the result was not long in coming, for the first season of the project the weight remained unchanged (54 kg), but the shape of the legs and abdomen changed dramatically, the hands dried out and, most importantly, the priest “rose”, became round, taut! An understanding has come of how the training process and diet are structured in principle.
I assess my results well, as a person who has not previously trained and does not deal with sports. Girls, feel free to use strength training, do not be afraid to “pump”, exercising in the gym. You will never turn into a mountain of muscles without drugs, sports nutrition and work with very large weights, but competent workouts with a trainer and a dietary regime blind an ideal feminine body.
Another female fear is the fear of being pumped. Remember: it is simply impossible to get pumped up by exercising in a regular gym in the mode of one-hour workouts several times a week, without the use of special drugs (the so-called “pharma”). To get a pumped body, you need to train for a long time, fanatically and frenziedly, which of course is incomparable with a regular trip to the gym.
The usual fight against cellulite is also worth criticizing. It is useless to burn fat here. Cellulite appears when microcirculation of blood in tissues is disturbed and when hormonal levels are disturbed. It is impossible to cure this only with weight-loss diets. Proper nutrition is essential. But the restoration of microcirculation is achieved only by physical activity – working with muscles, and not with fat. Moreover, during physical exertion, the fat mass will go away automatically, and you do not need to focus all your attention on losing weight.
How to eat while exercising? As a nutritionist, I often face the problem of inadequate nutrition in the process of weight loss and body shaping. This problem is especially acute for those patients who have just begun to join the training process. Many people follow the path of trial and error … However, a timely consultation with a nutritionist will help to optimize and get the desired result without harm to health! Sports activities impose a number of obligations on our body: energy consumption increases, needs for macro- and micronutrients change. If not the fate of these rules of the game, then the breakdown of adaptation cannot be avoided and, as a result, instead of a beautiful toned slender body, you can get an exacerbation of a number of chronic diseases.
