The Altai Territory Open Championship in Athletic and Model Fitness was held in Barnaul. The most beautiful fitness models in Siberia posed specifically for Woman`s Day, and a professional trainer gave some tips to help you look just like these beauties.

Here are 7 top tips to help you look like a fitness model:
1. Drink more pure water and do not drink alcohol, as it retains fluid in the body and contains a lot of calories.
2. Eat every 2-3 hours in small portions, and the last meal should be at least three hours before bedtime.
3. Observe the sleep schedule: go to bed and get up at the same time, sleep at least 7 hours. To accelerate metabolism, you need to drink a glass of water with a spoonful of honey in the morning on an empty stomach.
4. I advise you to run 3 km at least once a week – on the track or in the stadium.
5. You need to take a massage course once a year.
6. Exercise in the gym at least three times a week. After each workout, be sure to work out on a cardiovascular machine for 15-25 minutes. The best exercises for the legs and buttocks are lunges and squats, always with weight. Exercises for the press should be done for 20-40 repetitions.
