The American Sports Council called “Captain’s chair»The most effective training for the abdominal muscles, because it strengthens and trains the rectus and oblique muscles of the abdomen better than any other exercise. The best part is that by doing just one minute a day, you will notice the results very soon!

Performance:

1. Sit on a chair high enough so that your feet are off the floor.

2. Place your hands under your thighs.

3. Place all your weight on your hands (as if you want to get up off a chair). Pull your knees a little to your chest and lift your hips 6-8 cm above the chair. Then slowly lower yourself to the starting position.

4. Repeat the exercise for a minute, as long as possible.

If you do not dream of becoming a captain, but just want not to sit still: take the stairs, and do not ride the elevator, for lunch, be sure to go outside and at least once a week refuse to travel by car, spending some time on foot. In short, move and do it in a good mood.
