“I have been doing fitness since 2007. I am a competing athlete in the Bodyfitness category (IFBB Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation). In the fall of 2014, my first competitive season started. I became the bronze medalist of the Volga Federal District Open Championship in bodybuilding and fitness in the “Bodyfitness” category. Now I am preparing for the competition in Izhevsk. I made the form for the first competition in just one year after the birth of her son. “I work out at the Imperial Fitness Samara. From the age of 16 I was engaged in all kinds of gyms, ordinary “rocking chairs” and elite clubs, dragged a bunch of iron, pulled more than one ton of a barbell, ran hundreds of kilometers on treadmills, but, as it turned out, everything was not right. In 2014, I got acquainted with such a direction of fitness as CrossFit – strength functional training, consisting of a special training system designed for a person to acquire excellent general physical fitness (GPP) in all areas: from gymnastics and weightlifting to swimming. The guys who were involved in this direction earlier offered to participate in the IV Open CrossFit Games, organized by Imperial Fitness Samara. After a short, but intense and powerful preparation – 3rd place in the team competition. It was with such a joyful note that the 5-day training and mutual love with barbells, medballs, kettlebells, crossbars, ropes, etc. began. CrossFit found me himself, and we are happy!
