You can work with your personal virtual trainer – that is, using a DVD. Or you can put an exercise bike or a treadmill at home, on which the whole family will move forward to health and a slim figure – and without interruption from your favorite TV programs.

  • You are independent of the weather and traffic

It can be difficult to force yourself to leave the house in the rain, snow, heat and darkness. It can be pointless to spend an extra hour in traffic jams on the road to the fitness club.

In the living room, there is always a place and time for training. If the space of the apartment is not enough for sports ambitions, the staircase at your disposal is an ideal simulator for interval training, to work with excess weight and to strengthen the cardiovascular system.

  • You train when you want

In the morning before work or in the evening, or even in the afternoon, if you are not tied to the office, but are doing freelance. Your regular 3 workout per week routine at home can easily be turned into a daily exercise routine. Why not get this good habit?

 
  • You have the opportunity to improve your self-esteem at any time.

We feel more comfortable when we succeed. Pleasant sensations in the body after training have a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state, causing a feeling of pleasure and satisfaction with life. And all this – right at home, at any time, and not on schedule.

  • You sleep better

Physical activity improves the body’s ability to deal with stress. Sleep problems are often the first symptom that not everything in our life is well. One of the best ways to deal with anxiety and insomnia is 30 to 40 minutes of moderate to low intensity exercise, 1 to 2 hours before bed.

  • You control your weight “on the spot”

Have you overeat? There is no need to wait for a “window” in your schedule that will allow you to get into a fitness club. You can burn excess calories from gluttony almost immediately. And then – repeat the set of exercises, for fidelity.

  • You skip workouts less often

When the machine is constantly in sight, good reasons for skipping a workout disappear on their own.

  • You focus on your own needs

Not what fitness clubs offer. You don’t have to follow the coach’s lead, you don’t have to agree to a compromise like “I don’t like the stretching program, but there’s no other in my club”. At home, you can build your own training program from scratch.

Or you can do light exercises and do a little, depending on the level of training and free time. It is possible that at first, your energy will be enough for only 2 minutes of training per day. But after a few months, these 2 minutes will turn into 30.

  • You can do several things in parallel

Pause between sets? During this break, nothing prevents you from watering the flowers or stirring the stew. And also reply to a letter or apply a mask to your face.

  • Spend more time with your children

Home workouts eliminate the need to leave children with a nanny, mother, mother-in-law. You can spend more time with your children – and becoming a great role model for them.

  • You are free from routine

Yoga or exercise machine at home – maybe jogging in a nearby park or Nordic walking around the area? You can vary your fitness activity depending on your mood, body needs and your progress towards a slimmer figure.
