The Largest Out-of-Home Eating Event in Latin America

Entrepreneurs from the entire food chain outside the home, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors, will be gathered at the main event of the sector: the fair complex Fispal Food Service, Fispal Helados and Fipal Café that has been carried out for more than 30 years in São Paulo.

Between June 12 and 15, about 400 exhibitors will present solutions, launches and innovations for restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, bars, shops, hotels, distributors, ice cream industry, ice cream parlors, professional cafeteria and other establishments in the food service market at the Expo Center Norte.

El gastronomic event It is organized by Informa Exhibitions, a business unit of the Informa Group, the largest organizer of events, conferences and trainings in the world, the three fairs will take place simultaneously in the same space.

In the 34th edition of the meeting, visitors will be able to discover the exclusive space Food and drinks, which will bring together small and medium-sized companies that provide regional products, such as dairy, gourmet and specialty coffees, chocolates, among others.

In the words of Clélia Iwaki, director of Informa Exhibitions, we see how the new area will meet a request from the entrepreneurs who participated in the previous edition of the event.

Gastronomic forum and improvement courses

In addition to seeing what exhibitors will present at the fair, participants can take advantage of the parallel attractions that will take place in the pavilion.

During the celebration of the Fair there will be one more edition of the Brazilian Pizzeria Cup, competition open to all pizzerias in Brazil.

El II Forum Management at the Table, organized in association with Abrasel, the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants, will receive speakers from important restaurants, chefs and professionals who will discuss important issues for the food chain outside the home.

Fispal Sorvetes will have three special attractions that will add to the content for visitors. One of them is the II CLASH – Latin American Ice Cream Congress, an initiative of the Brazilian Association of Industries and Ice Cream Sector (ABIS) and Informa Exhibitions in which the main challenges and strategies of this segment will be discussed. The Gelatos Academy and the ice cream school complete programming.

The event will also feature the Gelato Festival, one of the most traditional ice cream competitions in Europe, organized by Carpigiani in association with the Italian exhibition group Sigep. This will be the first time that the competition arrives in Brazil and the semifinal will take place during the fair and will select two ice cream masters who will be able to compete for the prize of “Best Artisan Ice Cream in the World” in the world final in 2021.
