Ingredients: any seafood and fish (for example, 4 shrimps, 4 baby octopuses, 4 scallops, 200 grams of any fish), onion, carrots, 2 celery stalks, 2 potatoes, 4 asparagus stalks, a small bunch of parsley, 2 large Baku tomatoes, 5-6 green bean pods, half a glass of white wine, unrefined salt, 4-5 black peppercorns, bay leaf, 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Simmer the finely chopped onions in a saucepan in olive oil, add the beans and chopped carrots, celery and asparagus and simmer a little more. Add parsley and white wine and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove the skins from the tomatoes, cut them and send them to the pot – along with bay leaves and black pepper. Fill with water. When the water boils, add the chopped potatoes to the rest of the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Finally, add seafood and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
