PSYchology

Once again, doctors are urging us to review our refrigerators: are there enough oily fish in them?

It turns out that omega-3-fatty acids (most of all in fresh halibut, salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel, etc.) affect our mood and brain activity.

Three experiments, almost simultaneously conducted in the US, UK and Israel, confirmed: 88% of patients who eat fish daily are less likely to experience mood swings, panic attacks and depressive crises (data are given in the report of the American Center for Scientific Research in the Public Interest — CSPI).

The conclusion of the doctors is unequivocal: if you do not like fish, take capsules with omega-3 fatty acids.
