Recipe for gourmet fish baked with wine
You will need: – fresh or frozen pink salmon (1 medium-sized fish); – 1 glass of dry white wine; – a few sprigs of rosemary, green basil, thyme and oregano (oregano) – you can use dried or fresh; – salt to taste; – sleeve for baking. White fish recipe with sour cream sauce
