Rinsing is the final process of the washing cycle in the dishwasher. Its quality depends not only on the equipment itself and its functionality, but also on the means chosen for PMM. The home care market is rife with a variety of options, and one of the most popular is the Finish rinse. The composition of
According to the label attached to the bottle, the classic Finish rinse consists of three main components:
- Surfactant non-ionic type, in the amount of 5-15%. Surfactants extinguish foam and protect dishes from tarnishing and darkening.
- Polycarboxylates – ingredients that work to enhance surfactants, further soften the water.
- Preservatives – eliminate odors, disinfect dishes and PMM parts, prevent the appearance of fungus and pathogenic bacteria.
Application technique “Finish”
To prevent the appearance of stains and streaks and to ensure the dishes shine, use rinse aid at the stage of rinsing dishes in the PMM.

The agent reduces the surface tension of water, so evaporation occurs faster. The main thing is to use the composition correctly. The gel tray is located on the door of the hopper, and, like in the washing machine, a flower is drawn on it. Do not confuse the compartments for detergent and rinse aid, otherwise the effect of such a wash will be zero.
Before starting the dishwasher, load all the necessary special equipment into the compartments. In addition to detergent and rinse aid, do not forget about regenerating salt, which is needed to maintain the ion exchanger in working order and to soften hard water.
Important! Use a descaling agent for machine parts and surfaces.
It is worth pouring the rinse aid following the instructions. How much liquid will you need? It depends on the design of the PMM, so you will determine the optimal volume after 2-3 washes. Do not pour too much, otherwise a white coating will remain on the dishes, and you will have to re-rinse.
Important! Most modern machines have an indicator that tells the user when the rinse aid is depleted.

The manufacturer promises that by using Finish, you will get:

It is difficult to argue about obvious disadvantages, but most users are sure that the main two disadvantages are the price and the non-environmental composition.

For a bottle of 400 ml in online stores they ask for 274 rubles. An 800 ml bottle costs 403 rubles. Therefore, when buying a large container, you save 145 rubles.

I take a large bottle of 0,8 liters – it’s more profitable. Everything suits me – it is spent economically, it copes with its task, the dishes shine, and what else do you need? Perhaps not the most environmentally friendly composition, but you have to overpay 20 times more for ECO products.

I have been buying Finish products for a long time – detergent (sometimes tablets) and rinse aid. At the expense of efficiency, I will not say – I do not compare much. There is no smell, which is a definite plus.

In principle, we can say that it is economical. The main thing is that the dishes sparkle, and not only ceramics, but even porcelain and stainless products. Drying class – not a single drop remains. There are no splits. I did not like that it is inconvenient to pour into the bunker – the bottle is too large, and everything is poured out through a specially provided spout. The cost will be attributed to the minuses – a little expensive.
