Use clean drinking water instead of soda and other sugary drinks.

Compliance with water balance

Drinking your daily water intake is very important in fighting cellulite.

The norm of water per day is 30 ml for each kg of weight.

To train yourself to drink water, you can add lemon or mint to it. And for a sweeter drink, you can add Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
