A woman’s menstrual cycle begins with bleeding (popularly known as menses or periods) and ends on the last day before the next bleed. This cycle usually lasts about 28 days and can be divided into 3 phases.
Phase one is the period when the egg is growing, it varies in length and ends when the egg is ready for fertilization. Theoretically, this is the infertile period, often referred to as relatively infertile or possibly infertile, but in practice, due to its variable length, fertile mucus may appear during this time, which will allow sperm cells to survive until ovulation. This is especially true with very short cycles.
Then ovulation (ovulation) begins and the fertile days begin, i.e. the second phase of the cycle. Fertile days are usually 8-10 days, 5 days before ovulation (due to sperm viability) and 3-4 days after ovulation (due to egg viability). This is the period during which a woman can become pregnant. Only during these few days of the month can sperm fertilize a woman’s egg.
To determine the time of ovulation, monitor your body temperature. On medonetmarket.pl order Medel Fertyl ovulation thermometer.
After the end of the fertile days (if fertilization has not occurred), the third phase of the cycle, the infertile days (often called absolute infertility) begins, it is customary to take this time about 10 days before your period is due.
Days of infertility
In theory, if we calculated the fertile days, the remaining days could be considered non-fertile. Unfortunately, due to possible disruptions to the woman’s cycle resulting in a variable cycle length and shifts in the occurrence of ovulation and therefore the period of fertile days, the use of fertile counting as a contraceptive method becomes highly ineffective.
As an aid in determining the fertile days, the fertile days calculator can be used
