The number of circuits. The consumer is offered – double-circuit hinged or floor version. Two circuits allow the use of equipment not only for heating, but also for hot water supply. Single-circuit ones are connected only to the heating system, with the exception of modifications with boilers – built-in or separately installed indirect heaters.
The principle of work. Versions with atmospheric burners have a simple operation scheme, which means that they are unpretentious, and their price is low. Condensation equipment has a closed combustion chamber, air is forced into it – efficiency increases, gas is consumed more economically. But such versions – with a closed chamber, need power supply.

Exploitation

Many Ferroli models are equipped with automated controls that facilitate the use of equipment. The choice of modes and adjustment is carried out on a special panel. To start the device, you need to connect it to the network and click “Start”. The burner is then opened and ignited.

If startup does not occur within 15 seconds, the system restarts. Shutdown is performed by closing the valve and turning off the button. You also need to disconnect the device from the mains. And to prevent freezing, the water is drained, or antifreeze is added to it.

Plus is the cost. Minus – poor service support in Nizhny Novgorod. The passport is incomplete. It is impossible to quickly find the right spare part – in the event of a breakdown, you are sitting in a cold house. The first trouble was that the boiler did not want to ignite, cotton was heard, and the display showed an error. The fault was the metal cap covering the burner – it was located close to the electrode, so the spark emitted by it fell on the cap. Solution – I cut out a piece of the lid so that the spark gets where it needs to be. That’s Italian quality for you.

Domicompact F 30 E: Lidia T., Tobolsk

Instead of two circuits, there was one. Six months later, the heat exchanger dripped, the electronic board was flooded. They said on the guarantee that the installation was incorrect, filters were not supplied that take into account the hardness of the water in a particular region. Refused warranty repair. I had to buy a heat exchanger. The unit itself cost 53 rubles, and this spare part is a third of its cost. And I also had to take an electronic payment.

Ferroli, positioning itself as a manufacturer that chooses new, non-standard and innovative solutions, often does not meet the expectations of the Russian consumer. In order for the equipment to work properly, you must follow the rules of operation, follow the instructions clearly and avoid self-intervention in the structure.
