Femibion Natal 1 is a dietary supplement intended for women in early pregnancy. It provides the right dose of minerals and vitamins, enriching the daily diet with the necessary nutrients. It is recommended to use the Femibion Natal 1 supplement between the 1st and 12th week of pregnancy. There are also other preparations available, such as Femibion 0 Pregnancy Planning, Femibion Natal 2 Plus or Femibion 3 Breastfeeding.

Femibion Natal 1 – action
Femibion Natal 1 is a dietary supplement for pregnant women, the action of which is due to the minerals and vitamins present. They support the proper functioning of the body, helping to prevent deficiencies associated with the greater need for vitamins and minerals in pregnancy. At the same time, the preparation supports the proper development of the fetus, reducing the risk of many birth defects of the nervous system, e.g. spina bifida.
Femibion Natal 1, like other dietary supplements, is designed to supplement the diet with the necessary nutrients. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. During pregnancy, a woman’s need for certain nutrients increases, which concerns, among others, folic acids. Femibion Natal 1 Early pregnancy provides ingredients that are a mixture of folate, choline and other ingredients that are important in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Femibion Natal 1 – the most important ingredients
Dietary supplement Femibion Natal 1 Early pregnancy provides the body with the following ingredients:
- folic acid – a B vitamin that the body transforms into the active form of folate; influences the proper course of hematopoietic processes and cell division, and supports the growth of tissues such as the placenta; in pregnant women, the need for folic acid increases due to the development of the fetus, as well as the growth of the uterus and placenta;
- Metapholin – calcium L-methylfolate, an active form of folate, which the body does not have to transform for its own needs, because it is directly available to it.
- choline – supports the functioning of the liver, proper fat metabolism and homocysteine metabolism;
- iodine – is important for the proper synthesis of thyroid hormones and the overall functioning of this organ;
- iron – this element plays an important role in maintaining the proper blood composition, it is important for the production of red blood cells and reduces the feeling of fatigue;
- vitamin B1, vitamin B2, biotin – this set of vitamins supports the work of the nervous and immune systems;
- vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid – another batch of B vitamins important for the functioning of the body; deficiencies of these vitamins have a negative impact on health, and their proper supply reduces fatigue and supports the proper development of the fetus;
- vitamin C and selenium – ingredients that influence e.g. on the immune system;
- vitamin D3 – supports immunity and cell division;
- vitamin E – provides cells with protection against oxidative stress.
Preparat Femibion Natal 1 do not contain gelatin, gluten or lactose.
Femibion Natal 1 – purpose and dosage
Femibion Natal 1 is a preparation aimed at supplementing the diet with the necessary minerals and vitamins. It is intended for women expecting a baby – it should be taken from the 1st to the end of the 12th week of pregnancy.
Take 1 Femibion Natal 1 tablet daily – preferably with the main meal.
The beneficial effect of the dietary supplement is observed in the case of regular use of the preparation for a certain period of time. It is recommended to supplement the daily intake of folic acid with a dose of 400 μg for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 months after becoming pregnant.
Femibion Natal 1 – contraindications to use
The use of the Femibion Natal 1 supplement is not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. Consult your doctor when taking medications or dietary supplements during pregnancy.
