This is an exceptionally large result, with which it must be emphasized that most children are already diagnosed with allergies after birth. However, where is the source of food intolerance itself? There is a thesis that says that the human immune system is overpowered, which is why it cannot deal with the allergens that affect it. Another theory has also been developed, from which it can be clearly read that existence in too much sterility and frequent adherence to cleanliness makes the immune system weakly resistant and unable to meet the requirements. To this concept, it must be added that a person consumes too much processed food, which does not help especially in the case of such ailments.

Observation of the body – symptoms

The presence of food intolerance shows that some food products are not good for us, and their consumption causes various health problems. If the IgG antibodies are multiplied in the body – this is a symptom of the condition in question. They occur when a product that we should not consume in large quantities reaches our body, and then it causes a lot of other diseases. If in our daily diet there is food that our body does not accept, in this case it is an impulse for the intensity of health problems. Commonly occurring include:

  • fatigue and symptoms of depression,
  • frequent headaches, concentration problems and mood swings,
  • weight gain,
  • skin changes, eczema, inflammatory skin diseases,
  • flatulence and vomiting, digestive problems, abdominal pain,
  • joint problems,
  • catarrh and sinusitis.

The above list shows that food intolerance is a serious ailment that should not be taken lightly. In the case of food that is harmful to our body, the symptoms of intolerance usually appear within three days of consuming the product. At the same time, these symptoms can be active even for long weeks. This is why it is so hard to detect what food is causing us so many problems.

Foods that usually cause problems.

It is not possible to list all the food products because there are so many of them and every body is different. However, there is a group of foods that contain salicylates and can cause allergies. Products that have a bad effect on certain people include vegetables and fruits, as well as energy drinks such as coffee or beer and wine consumed for company. Quite often drunk colorful juices and a snack, which are nuts, which many people like to reach for.

Intolerance to gluten, milk and lactose, as well as wheat foods is widely known. A food that has a lot of artificial additives, as well as raw materials of natural origin contained in food. If we have such a disease or are suspected of having it, it is worth keeping reasonable in our daily diet and limiting the dose of products that cause various ailments in our body. Currently, various tests are available that are a good way to check if this ailment applies to us. With such a serious problem of modern society, the well-known words of Hippocrates come to mind: “Let food be medicine, and medicine be food.” You need to remember about them when taking care of your own health and that of your loved ones.
