Reach for the sun

“Even the busiest morning I start with a light workout. When I wake up, I stretch in bed. Walking into the bathroom, I stretch in front of the mirror and smile to myself. Then I do a few tilts back and forth and left and right. If time is so short that you have to choose between face cream and foot cream, I prefer the latter. Even a minute foot massage has a beneficial effect on the state of all organs and systems of the body. Yes, everything in our body is interconnected! Want to make sure? Apply a drop of essential oil to a clean foot. And after four hours you will feel its aroma in your mouth.”

Include color

“Actually, five minutes is enough. The main thing is that there is nothing superfluous in the cosmetic bag and you do not waste time searching for the right product or mixing shades. For these purposes, I have a separate set of tools designed exclusively for express makeup. First, I cleanse my face with micellar water and apply moisturizer. Then I mask dark circles under my eyes and redness on the wings of my nose with concealer, apply a little cream blush to the “apples” of my cheeks – the part that protrudes when I smile. I finish my makeup with a natural-colored lipstick or a colorless balm. My eyelashes are already dark, so I don’t paint my eyes. But owners of light eyes should use mascara at least on the tips of the eyelashes.

Do a self-massage

“If there is not enough time, a contrast compress helps to quickly bring the skin to life: you need to alternately apply either a hot or a cold towel to your face. And then make a face mask. My favorites are Génifique, Lancôme, No Surgetics Plasti Sculpt, Givenchy, and La Mer moisturizer. To cheer up, I drink 2 grams of vitamin C and stimulate the acupuncture points on the eyebrows near the bridge of the nose, on the temples and on the sides of the thumbnails. It takes a few seconds to press hard on these places. However, in ten minutes you can take a shower. And immediately after that, apply a cream with a light texture to the entire body, including the feet. This classic proven method works flawlessly: it removes fatigue as if by hand. ”

Relax in the afternoon

“Even if I only have ten minutes, I prefer to take a nap. This is my golden rule. I can easily fall asleep in almost any conditions, the main thing is to take a horizontal position. Many do not like to sleep during the day, because even after a short rest they feel overwhelmed. In fact, a glass of water, preferably with a slice of lemon, instantly relieves this feeling. “Three simple steps help me feel beautiful. First: I do several inclinations that yoga therapist Tatyana Goldman taught me. I stand about a meter from the wall and lean on it with my palms, spreading their arms shoulder-width apart. On inspiration, I bend in the thoracic region, fixing my eyes on the ceiling. As you exhale, lean forward, lowering your gaze to the stomach. The knees and elbows remain straight, the palms and feet do not move. This exercise relieves tension in the back and clears the head. Second: I use BB or CC creams. The first ones give a denser coverage, so I choose them if there is inflammation on the skin. My favorites are the products of the Korean-French brand Erborian. They literally blend into the skin. Third: I comb my eyebrows with a special brush. After all, they really “make” a face!”
