You can diversify the diet with dairy products: cottage cheese, sour cream, kefir, yogurt, milk or butter. Eggs are recommended to cook soft-boiled. With duodenitis, the diet also includes boiled vegetables, which are best cooked in milk, and pureed boiled fruits.
Patients are advised to limit the consumption of honey, sweets, sugar and salt. White bread, crackers, biscuits are not prohibited. From drinks, you can also use any teas, decoctions and infusions of medicinal herbs are considered especially useful.
It is better to follow a strict diet for a month, after which the diet can be enriched with various sausages, sausages, cereals, vegetable salads, raw fruits and vegetables, and scrambled eggs. During the treatment of duodenitis, it is also important to exclude foods that are strictly prohibited for this disease.
