How to overcome the fear of being pregnant?

Talk to him about your desire but also about your fears. If he doesn’t want a child, explain to him that your desire is very strong.

You can also discuss the medical aspects of pregnancy and childbirth with your gynecologist. Finally, when the fear of being pregnant is linked to your experience, or when the pregnancy becomes a phobia, it may be useful to talk about it with a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
