Fatigue has a nasty habit of accumulating and transforming into the so-called “fatigue syndrome”. And coffee in the fight against this syndrome for some reason does not work, and sleep does not help. What to do? We turned to ancient and modern practices and chose the simplest, most effective and uncomplicated ways. So, let’s begin.

Water

Water, as you know, is the basis of all living things, it does not allow you to die of thirst, and it saves you from hunger. However, water has another important quality – the ability to fill with energy. She’s great at helping to cheer up. There are approximately 9 trillion brain and nerve cells in our bodies. All of them constantly and actively “communicate” with each other, thanks to which we think, move, experience a range of emotions and sensations, in a word, we live.

And water makes the cells work, it is she who generates electricity for the transmission of nerve impulses. So a glass of water is the best tonic drink that can bring the brain out of a sleepy state, help the body cheer up and forget about fatigue syndrome.

What to do: drink water throughout the day, and it is better to start in the morning. For example, according to the philosophy of Ayurveda, drinking warm water with a slice of lemon in the morning on an empty stomach will set the mood for the whole day.

However, water should not only be drunk, but also poured. A simple and proven way to defeat fatigue syndrome in the morning is to take a contrast shower. It is not necessary to replace boiling water with an ice stream, the temperature difference can be small, the main thing is to achieve results and give the body a pleasant feeling. There is another option: plunge into an invigorating bath with cold water. Just a few minutes – and fatigue will disappear.

Massage

Too lazy to do exercises in the morning, but often and once, especially if you overslept. But you can always find a minute to massage your ears. Moreover, this is one of the most effective ways to cheer up. There are more than 170 biologically active points on the auricles, reflexively connected with all parts and organs of the body. Massage will improve blood circulation and activate the nervous system.

What to do: You can do massage right in bed, immediately after waking up. To do this, with your thumb and forefinger, you must first knead the top of the ear, then gradually move to the lobe. It is also good to pull yourself by the ears up and to the sides. Such a massage is also useful during the day, especially for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle. It helps to eliminate stagnation of blood in the internal organs.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are truly miraculous: when necessary, they will soothe, when necessary, they will invigorate. There are hundreds of different essences, and all affect the psyche. Therefore, the main thing is to choose the right fragrance and be able to use it.

For example, citrus notes help to cheer up best, but anise, nutmeg and patchouli contribute to success in business. Juniper activates creative and business qualities, and rosemary, pine and peppermint will help to erase fatigue syndrome from life, their smells increase efficiency.

To enhance the effect of the oil can be mixed into various compositions. It is only important not to apply them in their pure form on the skin, highly concentrated plant essences can cause tissue burns. The aroma can be inhaled or, by mixing oil with cream, applied to the skin – then its effect will manifest itself not only at the level of smell and reactions of nerve cells, but also through the skin.

What to do: add a few drops of oil to a ready-made cream or body butter. As a base, olive, almond, peach, coconut, sesame and even grape seed oil are suitable. You can also arrange aromatherapy sessions during the day: for this you need to put a little aromatic oil on a handkerchief and inhale.

Food

Nutritionists believe that a balanced breakfast will help beat fatigue syndrome. British researchers have compiled a list of such products. In their opinion, red apples are especially successful in this: one of them, eaten in the morning, promotes awakening, enriches the body with vitamins and fiber. Also on the list were nuts, chicken, fish, oatmeal and tea.

What to do: create your own menu of products that give the maximum charge of vivacity.

Tea

To cheer up, it is not necessary to drink coffee – tea has also succeeded in this matter. The most popular types of tea are green and black. Both come from the same plant, but in different ways. Green tea, unlike black tea, practically does not undergo fermentation – a technical processing that gives the drink a certain color and aroma. It is believed that it retains more useful substances.

However, black tea is more suitable for people with low blood pressure than green tea. Although any of them enhances the mental activity of a person, cheers up and makes the attack called “fatigue syndrome” recede.

The stimulating effect of tea can be enhanced by adding lemon, orange peels, cranberries, blackcurrant leaves, rose hips or mint, as well as spices such as ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper or nutmeg.

What to do: mix one part of milk oolong, one and a half parts of green tea with ginseng root and one part of pu-erh. Leave for 5 minutes. This drink will instantly cheer you up. Like ginger, this remedy is able to overcome fatigue syndrome. You can add it to both black and green tea: you need to take a fresh root, grate it or cut it into thin sticks.

For one cup of tea, 5 g of ginger is enough. You can brew it with tea and then pour it into a thermos, let it brew for 15 minutes and strain. For a sharper taste, you can add a pinch of chili pepper or a few pieces of citrus fruits to the tea.
