Fat-burning fruits: tangerines

For three months, a group of children from South Korea took part in the experiment. The first subgroup of thirty obese children did exercise and drank tangerine juice, the second subgroup did not. At the end of the study, it turned out that children who consumed tangerines were able to get rid of more mass and volume. In addition, they have significantly improved the condition of the liver, which is subjected to greater stress in obesity than the liver of healthy people.

A similar experiment was carried out on rats. Half of the experimental animals received mandarin injections for some time, the other half did not. As a result, animals that received mandarin injections decreased in volume by 45% and got rid of 59% of fat accumulations in the abdominal cavity.

According to the results of the study, the Ministry of Health of South Korea decided to create a medicinal drink based on tangerine, which will help to quickly get rid of obesity and liver problems. The drug is already under development.

Previously, Italian scientists discovered similar properties in red oranges. According to their research, these fruits prevent obesity and reduce the likelihood of tumors.

According to doctors, if food and drink is treated correctly, it can become a real medicine for the body. So, green tea strengthens bones, chocolate protects the skin from aging and even champagne in moderation has a beneficial effect on the heart.
