Homemade fat-burning drinks are a great way to fight those extra pounds. Such cocktails not only dull the feeling of hunger, they speed up the metabolism, supply the body with minerals and vitamins. It’s time to familiarize yourself with the recipes for preparing such drinks and start fighting the hated fat.
Green Fat Burning Cocktail
To prepare a miraculous fat-burning drink at home, prepare the necessary ingredients in advance: – 7-8 sprigs of mint; – 1 pc. kiwi; – 100 milliliters of still mineral water; – 2 lemon wedges; – 7 sprigs of parsley.
Rinse the mint and parsley thoroughly under running cool water, remove the stems. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Wash the lemon and cut off a couple of slices. Pour mineral water into a blender (can be replaced with green tea without sugar), add the rest of the ingredients, grind. Pour the resulting drink into a glass. If necessary, you can add a teaspoon of honey and a couple of ice cubes. Never add sugar to your shake. Drink the drink immediately after preparation.

Fat Burning Drink with Apple Cider Vinegar
Essential ingredients for making a fat-burning cocktail with apple cider vinegar: – 250 milliliters of purified still water; – 1 teaspoon of liquid honey; – 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar; – 1 cinnamon stick (can be replaced with a teaspoon of chopped cinnamon).
If you have a cinnamon stick available, then you need to grind it first. Mix water with apple cider vinegar, add runny honey and chopped cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly and drink in small sips. As a rule, you should use such a fat-burning drink in the morning, one hour after taking breakfast. Be sure not to add more apple cider vinegar as it can be bad for your digestion.

Kefir Fat Burning Cocktail
Prepare the following ingredients: – a glass of fat-free kefir; – 0,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon; – 0,5 teaspoon of ground ginger; – red pepper on the tip of a knife.
Pour kefir into a blender and add all of the above ingredients. Whisk thoroughly until a frothy drink. Such an oxygenated cocktail is obtained only when whipped with a blender (you cannot manually achieve the presence of bubbles in the drink), it is easily absorbed by the body. Drink a kefir fat-burning drink at night. If the cocktail is too spicy in taste, then you can reduce the amount of pepper, add a little more cinnamon.
