You should eat 2 kg of apples per day and divide their consumption into 6 equal parts, which should be eaten at regular intervals. Also, you need to consume at least 2 liters of mineral water per day without gas, it can be replaced with green tea, but without sugar, and if you do not have low blood pressure, since green tea is contraindicated with it. After each meal of apples, you need to drink 1 glass of water or green tea.

Also, a fasting day on apples can be spent eating baked fruits. Baked apples are pretty easy to make. Cut each fruit into two halves, while removing the seeds, add a few drops of natural honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. It turns out a full-fledged, tasty and slightly sweet dish with which you can diversify the fasting day on apples. Having decided to spend a fasting day on baked apples, they should be consumed every two hours.

If sitting a day on apples alone seems too difficult for you, try spending a fasting day on apples and low-fat cottage cheese. Such a fasting day is considered one of the mildest and is recommended even for pregnant women. You will need a kilogram of apples and 600 g of cottage cheese for the whole day. As for drinks, they are practically unlimited, only those containing caffeine are not recommended. A fasting day on apples and kefir is also considered very common. Stock up on 1 kg of apples and medium fat kefir, 2,5% is enough.
