After long holidays or all-inclusive vacations, you may find yourself gaining a few extra pounds. To quickly regain your former harmony, it is not necessary to resort to strict diets and restrictions, it is enough to organize yourself several fasting days for weight loss.

Fasting days: dump excess

One of the most effective ways to lose weight is to arrange fasting days 1-2 times a week.

Kefir day

Divide one and a half liters of kefir into 6 servings and drink throughout the day. It is allowed to add greens to kefir – dill, basil, parsley and celery. Do not use salt or sugar.

Rice day

Cover 1,5 cups of rice with water and leave overnight. In the morning, rinse the cereal and cook the porridge in water, without adding salt and oil. Divide the porridge into 6 servings and eat throughout the day, adding onions, carrots and fresh herbs.

Curd day

Divide 400 g of cottage cheese and 2 glasses of kefir into six receptions. The second option for unloading curd is 300 g of curd and 1 liter of milk per day.

Apple day

It is allowed to eat 1,5-2 kg of apples a day in any form: fresh, baked or grated. Sugar cannot be added.

During fasting days, you need to drink from 1,5 to 2,5 liters of liquid. Teas, pure non-carbonated drinking water, decoctions of herbs and rose hips are allowed.

The cymbal rule: lean without problems

For quick weight gain, start losing weight using the plate rule. To correctly determine the portion, take a plate with a diameter of 20-24 cm. Fill half of the plate with vegetables, one quarter with carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes or cereals) and another quarter with protein foods. You need to start your meal with vegetables. Eat three times a day, observing the plate rule, and you will quickly lose the gained pounds.
