There can be one fasting day – once every 1-2 weeks, or you can carry out express weight loss for several days, but be prepared for possible consequences. A fasting diet is not fasting, it is cutting back on the diet and eating recommended foods. The permitted foods will provide you with the minimum you need for mental and physical activity.

Fasting day on kefir

Three times a day, you can add 3 tablespoons of low-calorie cottage cheese, a handful of berries and quite a bit of honey.

Rice fasting day

Rice is the leader in terms of the content of vitamin B, therefore it deserves special attention among the unloading products. Rice will help restore the nervous system, strengthen hair and nails, and improve the appearance of the skin. Rice does not contain gluten and is a source of protein, normalizes blood pressure, and has a beneficial effect on bowel function.

As an unloading product, rice perfectly drains water by neutralizing salts in the body. Choose high-quality brown rice, pour water over it in the evening, rinse the swollen rice the next day and cook porridge. During the day, you can eat a kilogram of porridge, drinking tea and water at the same time as needed.

Fasting day on buckwheat

You need to take one and a half kilograms of apples per day, 2 liters of still drinking water and green tea without sugar as needed.

Fasting day on oatmeal

An oat fasting day is indicated for those who have digestive problems – oatmeal contains a lot of starch and restores the work of the gastrointestinal tract, it gently envelops the walls of the stomach, removes toxins from the intestines. Oatmeal is great for filling, but this only applies to unprocessed cereals, which should be boiled, and not just poured over with boiling water.

It is necessary to soak a glass of oatmeal, insist it for an hour – this volume is divided into 5 meals during one day. Cook each serving of a consistency you like in water or low-fat milk for 20 minutes. Drink tea and still water.
