Fast and tasty: how to make squid rings
 

Seafood lovers will appreciate this appetizer. Moreover, making squid rings is very simple and not at all troublesome.

You will be needed: peeled squid, cut into rings, salt and pepper to taste.

For breading: 1 egg, flour, bread crumbs.

Preparation: 

 

1. Squid rings should be seasoned with salt and pepper.

2. Egg – beat well. Roll the rings in flour, dip in an egg and breaded in breadcrumbs.

3. Place the prepared rings in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Dip the squid rings in the oil and cook for 1,5-2 minutes.

5. Put the finished squid on paper towels to remove excess fat.

6. Serve squid rings with any sauce of your choice.
