Runway makeup can be defiant and original. Make-up artists “paint” faces to models so that they fully fit into the vision of stylists. The rules for applying cosmetics do not apply in this case. But for ordinary daytime makeup, there is a certain set of laws, adhering to which you can create an elegant and stylish look.

How to do your face makeup correctly
Correct makeup is almost invisible on the face. Cosmetics emphasize natural advantages, skillfully masking imperfections. The finished makeup does not look like a mask, it makes the face fresh, rested, eyes – big, lips – sensual, etc. Makeup artists have long identified five starting points that help the most inexperienced beauties get the right makeup at home.
The first is an even complexion. The skin should be smooth and radiant. This can be achieved by combining two cosmetics – a makeup base and a foundation or powder with a light texture. It is better to choose a gel or a loose cream as a base for makeup – they are easily absorbed without leaving an oily sheen and without clogging pores. Remember that you need to apply the product to cleansed skin, then the makeup will fit correctly. When the foundation is absorbed, cover your face with foundation or powder. The layer should be as thin as possible. If your skin has acne, age spots, use a concealer. This will help you achieve a perfectly even complexion.
The second is the eyes. Consistent eye makeup is essential. In the daytime version, a minimum of cosmetics is usually used: pencil, mascara, sometimes light light shadows. First, thick lines are drawn on the eyelids, which are shaded with a sponge. Better to use calm colors – dark blue, brown, gray. Then the upper eyelid is covered with light shades of a shade that matches the suit and emphasizes the color of the eyes. After that, mascara is applied to the eyelashes.

The third is the eyebrows. Drawing them with a pencil has long been out of fashion. The most relevant now is the rather wide natural eyebrows, beautifully designed with the help of the fixing gel.
The fourth is blush. Their use is not necessary in daytime makeup, but it is desirable, especially during the cold winter months when natural tanning is not possible. To emphasize the line of the cheekbones, it is enough to apply a few strokes of blush or powder 2-3 tones darker than the main tone.
The fifth sign of proper makeup is beautifully shaped lips with natural shine. You can achieve this effect with a pencil. Choose a color that is as close to your natural lip tint as possible. A pencil is much more durable than lipstick and will last all day. Paint your lips with it. Apply some gloss on top.
How to do evening makeup at home
For evening make-up, absolutely the same rules apply as for daytime. Only the pencil for the eyes and lips is taken brighter, the blush is applied more intensively, two or three shades of shadow are used, the eyelashes are covered with two layers of mascara. In addition, glitter, shimmery powder and trendy liquid eyeliner can be used in evening makeup.
