Ruslan Panov, expert-methodologist of the X-Fit network, coordinator of the direction of group programs, told us in more detail about all the trainings.

CrossFit – a boring exercise perfectly shapes the body’s relief, improves the overall endurance of the body, and contributes to fat burning. People around the world are posting videos of their success on social media, competing with each other in the number of repetitions of the exercise.

Principle: circuit training, which consists in the fact that a set of exercises must be performed in a minimum amount of time. The training uses loads to develop endurance and dexterity. Among the exercises – various presses, snatches, deadlifts with barbells and weights, as well as work with your own weight.

TRX loop training forms the quality of movements, the correct muscle corset, using not only large muscles, but also stabilizing muscles.

Principle: all exercises are performed using suspension loops and using your own weight. Thanks to the unusual equipment, deep stabilizing muscles are worked out, which are absolutely not involved in regular workouts.

Mixed martial arts – the continuing demand for martial arts is due to the fact that in addition to the development of specific qualities of “attack-attack” in MMA (Mix-Fight) there is a powerful correction of the figure.

Principle: sports confrontation in which different techniques from different types of wrestling are mixed. During training, reaction, determination and self-defense skills are developed.

Anti-gravity training interesting in itself. Hammock exercises have become multifunctional. Basic functional training was added to the stretching and traction of the spine in the format.

Principle: the workout combines yoga, Pilates, Ballet Barre exercises and gymnastics, but only in a hammock. Exercise helps to normalize blood circulation, develops flexibility, and increases muscle endurance.

Principle: fashionable training on a special pole installed in the pool; includes movements from strip plastics, develops all muscle groups, including stabilizing muscles.

Aqua Atletica – the same crossfit, but only in water. The author of the program decided to subdue the water and make it as a simulator.

Principle: functional training in water, which is used as a natural exercise machine. The lesson provides a complex, balanced load on the muscles with simultaneous unloading of the joints and lymphatic drainage effect.
