For an accomplice session

Want to test with your child? Here is Eva Lastra’s advice:

-The first sessions, you do not reposition your child, we guide him but at the beginning, we let him place his body naturally.

– We adapt to our rhythm, so he can take advantage of each posture and decide to do it again or move on to the next one.

We accept the idea that he will need to communicate (or not) on each posture, yes, maybe he will need to talk (sometimes for a long time) about his feelings at each step when other times, he will not exchange with us until the end of the session.

-And the most important : we laugh, we smile, we share this pure moment TOGETHER, just for both of us.

These exercises are taken from the books “Nilou is angry” and “Nilou is shy”, The House of Yogis. A collection designed by Eva Lastra, La Marmotière éditions (€ 13 each). And also, to help children better manage their emotions, two new books have just been published: “Nilou is afraid” and “Nilou is excited”.
