Low valuation and inferiority complex
Low self-esteem can adequately reflect reality, or it can be something that a person thought up about himself, the result of an inadequate underestimation of his qualities and capabilities by a person, an “inferiority complex”. Inferiority complexes are more common during adolescence, when both boys and teenage girls worry (complex) about their appearance, height, weight, their speech, their clothes, and anything else.
