Pseudo-pork row-shaped this is an original mushroom that can be found on the territory of Our Country and the CIS countries.
Mushroom False pig row-shaped light color, white leg and cap. The sizes are quite large, the mushroom looks very powerful, because it has a fairly dense domed hat, which rests on a thick stem. There is hairiness inside such a hat, but it is almost invisible. The outer edges are folded in so deeply. The main feature of this species is the thickening of the legs closer to the rhizome.
Pseudo-pig can be found in almost any forest, quite often located on grass and moist soil. False pig row-shaped occurs almost from mid-summer until frost, until mid-autumn.
The mushroom is indeed very fleshy, huge, the caps are often more than 30 cm in diameter. That’s for sure – pig! The mushroom can be fried, pickled, dried. It has a very strong floury smell.
An interesting feature of this fungus is that it is never affected by insect larvae, in other words, it is never wormy. It grows in the steppe usually in large rings. If you find something like that, you’ve got a full basket.
False pig row-shaped differs in that it has a too white light color.
