Facial rejuvenation is best done in autumn

Autumn is the time to take care of yourself, so that by the New Year it will shine and sparkle at the holiday to the envy of girls and to the admiration of young people. Moreover, some cosmetic procedures seem to be created for this gloomy season! Chemical peeling, photoepilation and photorejuvenation are just such procedures.

If you have been going to remove hairs on the upper lip or on some other areas of the body not protected by clothing for a long time, then it’s time to do it. Since after exposure to photo flashes – not those that help to capture your light image on the front pages of glossy magazines, but those that burn out unwanted hairs from the root (more precisely, only the roots), the sun is simply contraindicated in the skin in any quantities.

And when in our not so very sunny land not to meet a sunbeam? Of course in the fall! Otherwise, you cannot avoid too strong pigmentation just in those places where you wanted to get rid of hair.

The same goes for the photorejuvenation procedure. Patients are prepared for it from the beginning of autumn, so that the tan has time to “wash away” from the face and the skin can calmly accept the light effect. Prepare for the photorejuvenation procedure with lightening peels that remove pigment, that is, tan. Yes, and this also applies to self-tanning. Any pigment on the skin can cause an inadequate reaction on its part: at best, uneven pigmentation, and at worst, a burn.

That’s what it says dermatovenerologist, cosmetologist Svetlana Chernyakova: “The sun’s rays after the procedure cause very strong pigmentation. So you need to be guided by the weather: if the autumn is early, you can start the procedures at the end of September, and if it’s a long Indian summer, you have to wait until mid-October ”.

The effect of light on the skin causes, due to the conversion of light energy into heat, the emergence of new collagen fibers in it, which means that the skin becomes younger. Yes, photorejuvenation is quite painful, but, as they say, beauty requires sacrifice. Thus, by the way, it is possible to remove age spots (they, no matter how scary it sounds, are simply “burned out”), vascular mesh or enlarged pores. In general, the skin acquires an even color, and you only need a foundation for protection from wind or frost.

Chemical peeling will allow you to “renew” the skin and forget about all the problems for a while.

The third procedure, which requires a complete shade treatment, is a chemical peel. Chemical peels are divided into three large groups – depending on the depth of the effect on the skin.

Superficial chemical peeling, the most popular, is peeling with hylauronic acid, which is contained, for example, in human saliva and in many other body fluids, that is, it is practically like our own. Median chemical peeling, affecting, respectively, the middle layers of the dermis, and deep chemical peeling, or “extreme” (this was done by Samantha in one of the series “Sex and the City”).

Naturally, any peeling is primarily skin damage, but this is what makes our skin seem to wake up and activates its ability to regenerate, which inevitably leads to the synthesis of collagen fibers and, as a result, to rejuvenation. And even the seemingly lightest superficial peeling exfoliates dead skin cells that have hindered skin renewal.

Median chemical peeling is a controlled damage to the skin, which again makes it work: restore protection (after all, do not forget that the skin is the first barrier in the fight against infections) and synthesize collagen already in industrial quantities. By the way, a facelift is a natural consequence of a median chemical peeling. The effect is achieved simply due to the fact that the trugor (that is, elasticity) of the skin becomes like a child’s, respectively, after this procedure, many reject the idea of a circular facelift or gold reinforcement.

Deep chemical peeling is on a par with surgical operations. It should only be performed by a very experienced cosmetologist with a higher medical education. “After a deep exfoliation,” says a private cosmetologist Tatiana Edkina, – you need to sit at home for a week until the new skin is completely regenerated. And after that, you should never go outside in sunny weather, which is rare, but it happens in the fall. “

She told about the features of chemical peeling cosmetologist Maria Vladimirovna Khaldina, chief physician of the Bio Mi Vita clinic: “Why can’t you go out into the sun after chemical peeling? This is due to the fact that skin thinned by peeling becomes more vulnerable to ultraviolet radiation. In addition, some acids in high concentrations have the property of photosensitization, that is, they aggravate the aggressive effect of ultraviolet rays on the skin and the body as a whole. ” At the same time, as Maria notes, after a trip to the sea, you need to wait a month, and ideally two, before doing the peeling, and no longer sunbathe this season. And after the sea, before peeling, you will need to use skin-lightening creams containing fruit acids. Here is such a “shadow mode”, there is nothing to be done! It is equally important to know the features of beauty procedures that have a rejuvenating effect.
