The main purpose of cosmetic milk is to cleanse the face and neck from sebum and dust, remove makeup. Depending on the composition, it can additionally nourish and rejuvenate the skin. An important component of this product is the fatty base, due to which it has an extremely soft and delicate effect. You can make cosmetic milk at home.
Ingredients:
- egg yolk – 1 pcs.
- olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
- dried pharmacy chamomile – 1 tsp.
- successive dried grass – 1 tsp.
- mineral water without gas – 0,5 cups
Mix the string and chamomile in a bowl, cover with hot mineral water (do not bring it to a boil) and let it brew for half an hour. Then strain. Whisk the olive oil and yolk and add to the infusion. Mix well. With the resulting milk, wipe your face, neck and décolleté every evening (shake well before use). It is especially useful for dry skin prone to irritation and flaking. The recipe allows you to substitute chamomile and string with other herbs suitable for your skin type. Whether or not to rinse off the milk after application, see the condition of the skin. If it is not tightened, rinsing can be dispensed with; if there is an unpleasant sensation of tightness, rinse and apply a moisturizer.
This product is not stored for long, about a week, but the components that make up it are almost always at hand, so it will not be difficult to prepare a new portion of milk
Ingredients:
- cream 35% – 0,5 cups
- flax seeds – 1 tbsp. l.
Grind the flaxseed in a mortar or grind it in any other way (not necessarily to a state of flour). Place the saucepan with the cream on the fire and heat until the first bubbles appear. Do not boil, otherwise many useful substances will leave the product. Pour the hot cream over the seeds and leave for 20 minutes. Then strain through a strainer. You should have a fairly viscous liquid. Use it to wipe your face, neck, and other areas of your body that are very dry, especially after showering (elbows, shoulders, knees, calves, etc.). This home remedy is also indicated for problems such as irritation, small ulcers and wounds. The skin is smoothed, becomes soft and velvety.
An important condition: the shelf life of flaxseed milk is no more than a day
If you want to use it daily, then you have to prepare it every day in the required amount. But the result that milk gives is worth the effort.
Ingredients:
- cognac – 2 tsp
- egg yolk – 2 pcs.
- olive oil – 0,5 tsp
- lemon juice – 0,5 tsp
Combine olive oil and yolks and whisk with a blender or mash thoroughly with a spoon. Add cognac, lemon juice and mix thoroughly or whisk again. Wipe your face with the resulting milk as needed, you can replace the water with it when washing. The product cleanses the skin well, nourishes, tones and evens out the tone. You do not need to wash it off. Keeps in the refrigerator, like most home remedies, for about two weeks.
Ingredients:
- natural yogurt without additives – 0,5 cups
- fresh cucumber – 30 g (half a medium-sized cucumber)
It is extremely easy to make this milk. Wash the cucumber, grate on a fine grater and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth in two layers. Mix with yogurt. Your homemade cosmetic cleanser is ready. Store it in the refrigerator for no more than two weeks.
Cucumber milk is ideal for skin prone to inflammation, acne and acne. Wipe your face and other problem areas (chest, back) in the morning and evening
Ingredients:
- oat flakes – 0,5 cups
- natural honey – 1 tsp.
- olive oil – 1 tsp
- mineral water without gas – 60 ml (3-4 tbsp. l.)
Grind the oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder, pour a glass of hot water (not boiling water), let it brew for 15–20 minutes, strain. Combine oat broth, honey, oil and mineral water in one bowl. Stir or whisk in a blender. Use oat milk to rub your face, neck and décolleté every night.
This procedure is especially indicated for mature, aging skin, as the product gently cleanses from impurities, nourishes and evens out the color.
Store milk in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you wish, you can make the next portion of milk with wheat flakes and then alternate with oat milk (two weeks use oat milk, the next two – wheat milk, so your skin will receive more nutrients).
