The famous French cosmetologist Joel Siocco recommends this facial massage to his clients, including Monica Belucci and Renata Litvinova. It’s good to do it every day. Which is not at all difficult, because the procedure takes only three minutes.
“Yes, this facial massage is ridiculously simple,” admits Joel Siocco. “But that’s what it’s good for: what requires more effort and labor, no one will do.” It is suitable for all ages and skin types.
Fresh complexion, increased firmness and elasticity, reduced wrinkles are not the only benefits of this massage. It also increases the effectiveness of cosmetics, which should be applied immediately after it.
Perform a facial massage once a day after cleansing the skin before applying the cream.
Put a watch in front of you: it’s great if you can make each movement longer than a minute. However, even a minute is enough to feel and see the effect.
1. Strengthen the lymph flow
Slowly press the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands at the same time on the skin, moving from top to bottom – from the forehead to the décolleté. So you stimulate the flow of lymph – a fluid that removes toxins from the body. Which reduces swelling and refreshes the complexion.
2. Increase firmness and elasticity
Using the thumb and forefinger of both hands, gently grasp and lift the skin without overstretching it.
Remember: deep does not mean aggressive. Such stretching is a good workout for the skin, it increases its firmness and elasticity. Which way you move doesn’t matter. The main thing is not to forget about the skin around the eyes, neck and décolleté.

3. Promote blood circulation
Relax your hands and pat your face. Do this not with your palms, but with your fingers. This makes it softer.
The goal is not to hurt yourself, but to make the skin slightly redden. Such gentle “slaps” stimulate blood circulation, enrich the skin with oxygen and increase its tone.
“High-precision devices have shown that new products become much more effective thanks to this facial massage,” says Joel Siocco. “However, I am quite sure that it similarly increases the effectiveness of any cosmetics.”
