Lightly press with your index fingers on the “dimple” in the corners of the eyes.
With your middle fingers, lightly press on the place where the brow wrinkle forms.
Look ahead.
Squint your eyes and try to pull your lower eyelid up high.
Relax.
Repeat 15-20 once.
For the cheekbones
This exercise helps to strengthen the skin on the cheekbones and forms a beautiful oval face. An additional bonus is the study of the second chin.
Sit up straight and tilt your head back.
Push your lower jaw forward.
Fix for 20-30 seconds.
Return to the starting position.
Repeat the exercise 20-30 times.
Against nasolabial folds

Open your mouth – in shape it should resemble an oval.
Do not purse your lips. Press your lips to your teeth.

Count to 20.

Place your palms vertically and press to your cheeks, covering the halves of your lips.
Push your lips forward as if for a kiss, and fix the corners with your hands.
Repeat 30 times.

Open your mouth.
Try to “draw” the lower lip inward, and press the upper one tightly against the teeth.
Smile, stretching the corners of your mouth as much as possible.

Open and close your mouth as if you were trying to scoop up water.
Repeat about 20 times.
