– Do you often hear compliments?
– If I’m in a great mood, everyone says: “You are so radiant!” A rare epithet that almost left our vocabulary … That is why the compliment becomes doubly pleasant.
When did you first realize that you are beautiful?
– As a child I was called pretty. In the elementary class, when it was necessary to make the first call, out of sixty people chose me. Long curly hair, big bows and shining eyes, I think. And now … It’s hard to call yourself beautiful. In my opinion, rounded feminine forms are much more attractive than my thinness. Agree, Monica Bellucci looks more seductive than any top model.
– Did you have a desire to somehow change your figure, bring your appearance closer to the ideal?
– Sure. It’s just not so easy to defeat your own nature! If I give my body active physical activity, I immediately lose weight. I start to eat plentifully, all the calories are consumed during work. Still, I have a harmful profession (laughs).
– What do you like the most about your appearance?
– Hair. Thick, long, shiny. I have never done chemistry, never experimented with their color. In general, I am against any aggressive action and ammonia hair dyes. Light toning only.
– How do you care for your hair?
– Depending on the needs, I nourish, restore, relieve stress, watch the ends. After filming, when my hair becomes exhausted, I undergo a special Antistress course, Kérastase,
– What does self-care mean to you?
Honestly? I’m obsessed with this! After all, a good figure and a beautiful face for an actress is the most important part of the work.
– Even on vacation, do you do yourself any indulgences?
– This year I am definitely not threatened with vacation, the work is scheduled for 8 months in advance. But if I find time for rest, I adhere to certain rules.
– Which ones, for example?
– Eat right, drink fresh juices every day, swim a lot, and finally pamper your face and body with massage and beauty treatments.
– What procedures do you prefer?
– In the summer – exfoliating so that the tan lays down evenly, and moisturizing so that it lasts a long time. I also like relaxing massage, hot stone massage. If I go somewhere, I definitely go to the spa. In Turkey I love hammam, in India I cannot refuse Ayurvedic procedures.
– And in Moscow?
– I swim a lot in Moscow, but without fanaticism, without overworking myself. I just like to swim at an easy, relaxed pace.
– How do you start the day?
– I drink herbal tea or green tea with jasmine. He helps me wake up. I don’t like coffee. A glass of juice is much healthier. Better yet, warm water with lemon or a spoonful of honey. It energizes. Then a cool shower. In the morning with an invigorating citrus gel, in the evening with a relaxing vanilla. And a moisturizer.
– What is your evening beauty ritual not complete without?
– Without cleansing the skin. Milk first Seafollowed by a pink tonic Kiehl’s… And on trips I take cleaning wipes. L’Oréal… Removing make-up removes half of the fatigue. Falling asleep with makeup on my face is a taboo for me.
– How much care products do you need?
– There should be enough of them to take care of yourself, maintain beauty. Any woman is obliged to do this, regardless of age, profession, life’s troubles and other problems.
