eyebrows: how to grow at home

The correct shape of the eyebrows can completely transform the appearance. How to make perfectly defined and wide eyebrows, says the expert.

– Natural hair, eyelashes and eyebrows are the current trend. Eyebrows, unlike eyelashes and hair, have a certain shape. Today, you can achieve a natural shape only by growing the eyebrow hairs anew. What will help you achieve this goal?

The key to health and good growth of eyelashes and eyebrows is proper nutrition. To grow your eyebrows quickly, you definitely need to monitor your diet. It is recommended to exclude any fast food, eat meat and fish daily, as they are the main sources of protein.

Products with B vitamins also promote hair regeneration. They are found in cottage cheese, eggs, milk and liver. Vitamins and calcium not only promote hair growth, but also strengthen teeth, nourish the skin and improve its appearance.

Natural oils stimulate hair growth and strengthening. I advise you to apply them with a brush from used mascara or a toothbrush, rub in the oil with it for a light massage.

I recommend Nikonorova Brow Oil – its effective and natural formula is specially designed for gentle eyebrow care. Natural oils and vitamins: castor oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, flax seed oil, almond oil, grape seed oil, argan oil, shea butter, cocoa butter.

A small amount of oil should be warmed up in the hands and applied to the previously cleaned eyebrows. The procedure must be carried out 2 hours before bedtime.

Many people use pull-back therapy to stimulate hair growth in order to regrow the eyebrows as quickly as possible. A compress with a different composition is applied to the place of the eyebrows. For example:

Carrot compress

Action: Carrot juice, containing vitamin A, affects the structure of the glands, to increase the rate of cell division. It also prevents skin aging.

Composition:

Carrot juice – 1 tbsp l.

Vitamin A – 2-3 drops

Application: Vitamin A is added to the carrot juice, in this solution the sponge is moistened and applied to the eyebrows. After 20 minutes, the face is washed with water.

Make-up must be carefully removed not only from the face, but also from the eyebrows. Remains of cosmetics can cause premature aging, clog hair follicles and deplete hair structure.

Brushing the brow arches improves blood circulation and also stimulates hair growth.

While bathing or showering, you can apply conditioner or hair balm to your eyebrows. This procedure moisturizes and nourishes the hair with vitamins.

Masks are another treasure of traditional medicine. Due to the combined composition, their effectiveness can be increased many times over. The following recipes work best.

Carrot mask… Ingredients: 15 ml of carrot juice; 1 drop of retinol (vitamin A). Moisten cotton pads in the resulting liquid and apply to eyebrows for 20 minutes. Sessions should be carried out 3 times a week, until the desired result is obtained.

Brandy mask… 15 ml of brandy; 15 ml olive oil; ½ yolk. Rub the resulting gruel into the eyebrows with massaging movements, hold the compress for 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure every other day.

Mustard mask… 30 g mustard; 30 g of honey. You can add a little water if the mixture is too thick. Apply to brow area for 30 minutes. It should be noted that mustard has a warming effect, so the product may burn slightly. Hair follicles fall asleep and wake up at different times, so in order for the mask to work, you need to apply it regularly.
