– Introduction: The Body Shop is one of my favorite green brands. I love this brand for its great creams and sweet fragrances.

Appearance: an ordinary case, standard shades and … an unusual brush that unfolds and is made in a semicircle.

Expectations: The Body Shop eyebrow shade is a dermatologically tested product that has been approved by ophthalmologists. Eyeshadow suits everyone, even people with contact lenses. There is no wax in the set, but it did not upset me: I rarely use fixatives for eyebrows.

Reality: the light shade seems reddish, but I, having tested more than one eyebrow product, know that all shades change when applied (therefore, I strongly advise you to test the palettes in cosmetic stores). I mixed the light color with the dark one and got the perfect shade. I had to get used to the brush. I, getting used to straight brushes, did not immediately understand how to use an unusual brush.

In any case, if you can’t get used to the brush, you can use your own. The shades and compactness of the case completely suited me.

– Introduction: I sincerely respect the Clarins brand. I used their cream blush and mascara – all the products left me happy and settled in my cosmetic bag for a long time. I heard a lot of great reviews about the set of eyebrow shadows, so I took it for testing without hesitation.

Appearance: the set looks miniature. It includes three shades of eyeshadow, wax for shaping, soft pink eyeshadow for applying under the eyebrow, tweezers, a spiral brush and a double-sided brush – with a sponge and a beveled flat brush. The tools for creating the perfect eyebrow are quite small, but their size did not affect the usability in any way. In the box, along with an elegant gold palette, was a step-by-step card. I do not know how more experienced girls are in applying shadows, but it was very useful to me.

Expectations: the product description says that the set will help to create the perfect shape of the eyebrows and highlight their beauty. To be honest, that’s the way it is. I didn’t apply the eyeshadow very confidently, but the result was great. My luxurious eyebrows have received many compliments.

Reality: I liked the product and even very much. My hair is dark blond and my eyebrows are a few shades lighter. Moreover, they are thick and wide enough. After applying the shadows, the face began to look much more harmonious and fresher. I never thought that such an effect could be achieved with an eyebrow palette. The shadows themselves, when you type them on a brush, are a little dusty, but the color is given well. I used the lightest shade. Oddly enough, he suited me perfectly. A slightly darker shade made the brows look too heavy. I put them on the upper eyelid. It turns out a very neat and natural daytime makeup. I think the only drawback is the volume: I think the shadows will be enough for me for a little while. In addition, I would like to see a slightly tougher brush for application in the set. Otherwise, the product is almost perfect. I highly recommend it to girls, even with minimal experience in applying makeup.

– Introduction: eyebrow shadows are my sore subject! I tried so many things: pencils, gels, shadows … However, in the end I came to the conclusion that the most suitable thing for me is to simply dye my eyebrows in the salon so that they look well-groomed.

But to test our column, I was offered to try a new tool – Make Up Factory – Eye Brow Powder with Stencils. I have not used the products of this brand before, but with pleasure I decided to try it, what if it will be better than constantly dyeing my eyebrows?

Appearance: Let’s start with the fact that I was absolutely not disappointed in the product. The first thing I liked was the packaging design. The packaging is quite convenient, silvery, but it does not leave fingerprints on it, which is a big plus. The palette contains two shades (one is dark brown, the other is light, rather red).

Expectations: in fact, at first it seemed to me that the shades for me are very light, but I was mistaken. The dark shade suited me perfectly, the main thing is not to overdo it, so that the eyebrows do not turn out to be too dark. Also, by the way, shades can be mixed with each other to achieve naturalness (which I do). The package also includes an eyebrow comb, a powder brush and plastic stencils to create the shape of the eyebrows.

Reality: the tool is more than easy to use. It fits very neatly on the eyebrows and paints it well. By the way, the shade can be varied and you can get either very bright eyebrows (especially if you still use a stencil) or just lightly powder to achieve the effect of neat natural eyebrows.

Another bonus – the product is quite persistent, lasts for a day, does not smudge and then rinses off quite easily. And, of course, a very economical consumption! In general, I am very pleased with the powder and I think that I will continue to use it.

– Introduction: I, of course, have heard about the Oriflame cosmetic brand more than once. I remember how, as a child, my classmates, together with their mothers, were distributing this cosmetics. But, to be honest, I don’t know for what reasons, but neither I nor my family have ever ordered anything from the catalog of this brand … This is how it happened.

Day X of my acquaintance with the Oriflame brand happened on February 1 of this year, when our beauty editor with the words “Unrealistically cool product, I have been using it for a long time, try it” gave me an eyebrow kit with a request to test and write a review under the heading “Wday testing “. Why did she give it to me? Probably just loves me very much.

Appearance: I really liked the packaging of Oriflame eyebrow shadows for its compactness. Its length and width are slightly larger than a matchbox, and this despite the fact that there are two shades of shadows, wax, two brushes and a mirror. The set opens like a box, very convenient.

Expectations: what do i expect from eyebrow shadows? So that the shade matches my natural eyebrows, and it is better to be half a tone darker, and after application the product does not crumble and lasts throughout the day. That’s probably all.

I must say right away that I paint my eyebrows quite rarely (and not with shadows, but with a pencil). Basically I only use gels and waxes to shape and shine.

I used eyebrow shadows once, but I didn’t like them, after them my face looked very unnatural. But here either I chose the wrong shade, or the product did not fit in texture.

Reality: now about the Oriflame set. There are two shades, the manufacturer writes that they can be mixed to get the perfect tone. I didn’t experiment, but on the advice of the beauty editor, I applied a light one to my eyebrows. Surprisingly, the shade perfectly matched my natural dark blond eyebrow color, it became darker on the skin. Then I fixed the result with wax. And voila! The eyebrows look very beautiful: the shape is clear, the tone is slightly darker than my own. As I wanted.

And I will also say about the brushes from the Oriflame set. I really liked them: they are moderately tough and perfectly capture the product.

In general, I was absolutely delighted with the Oriflame eyeshadow set. This is another proof of the fact that some mass-market cosmetics are no worse, and sometimes even a hundred times better than luxury brands.

– Introduction: It seems that I was not as pleased with a single beauty trend as the fashion for wide natural eyebrows. I am glad that care products can now be found in almost every brand. I tried Brow Tech shadows from the popular brand created by makeup artists – Smashbox.

Appearance: incredibly beautiful, but not very functional. A small jar made of matte and seemingly slightly rubbery plastic seems to me very beautiful, but there is neither a brush nor a brush in the kit – you will have to do with your own.

Expectations: This product is said to be based on one of the brand’s most popular products, eyebrow wax. Two shades of shadows were added to the palette – first, the entire eyebrow should be filled with a lighter one, then emphasized with a darker one, and finally set with wax.

Reality: I got the shade brunette. The dark color in the palette looks quite rich brown, without any hint of a cold undertone. For some reason, everything looks different on the eyebrows, it turns out that same gray-brown shade without reddishness. But my hair is naturally light brown, and the dark shade is still too dramatic for me, so I only use the light one. Due to its texture, the shadows fill the space between the hairs much more densely than a pencil, and the eyebrows appear very thick. The texture of the shadows is very pleasant, they are clearly applied, do not crumble, and last until the evening. True, I absolutely did not like using the wax included in the palette. No, it works well: it fixes the hairs and adds volume to the eyebrows, but I don’t like picking it up with a brush, smearing it around the edges of the package. I’m more used to using wax or clear gel in a tube.

– Introduction: if I was allowed to take only one remedy from my huge cosmetic bag to a desert island, I would grab the Chanel eyebrow shadow.

Appearance: the three-color palette is suitable for owners of any hair color. The set includes two brushes – hard and a brush, small tweezers. Just a delight!

Expectations: perfect eyebrows in a few minutes – every girl’s dream.

Reality: I immediately lost the tweezers somewhere, the comb did not impress me at all, but the stiff brush perfectly distributes shadows of a fairly dense texture, there is not even a hint that the eyebrows are tinted – just a natural and well-groomed look. And what for me is perhaps the main plus – makeup takes two minutes. As a result, even on the days when I give my face a break from makeup, I still use eyebrow shadows. But the only drawback, perhaps, is the price of the palette. I remember the fox circling around the Chanel samples in the store until I decided to make this purchase.

Expectations: the manufacturers of these shadows promise that the eyebrows will not only look perfect. Contains a Multi-Nutrient Factor that provides excellent hydration and energizes the skin.

Reality: I don’t know how efficiently I energized my eyebrows, but I can tell for sure: after using Shiseido eyeshadow they looked perfect. The product is easy to apply and looks very natural. It lasts throughout the day, and is removed very quickly in the evening. In a word, this is the perfect remedy for me.
