It can be difficult for one to organize oneself, once they agreed to do something together, the business begins and goes much easier. If you want to run in the morning, it is best to agree on this with one of your friends, then one day your call will support him, the next day his call will organize you. You started, and this is the main thing, and when you get involved, things will go by themselves.

If you decide to start pulling up, but sometimes forget about it, ask someone from your family to remind you — usually someone starts doing it with real pleasure. And you will start doing useful sports.

If you feel that your determination to move your life forward is weakening, find a circle of people who will support you in this. Many go to good psychological training not only and not so much for knowledge and skills, but for the support and energy that they usually receive there.
